Figuring this out as I go

Hi, I’m Justin, and I recently burned out after 20 years in early stage B2B SAAS roles across design, product, and marketing. Because I know there are thousands of others going through the same things, I created this project to talk about it.

If you’re like me, you’ve done all the right things like get the title, the salary, the equity… and then wait for what “worth it” looks like. If I just give this much more of myself, or sacrifice this stuff over here—I’ll finally get there.

And then suddenly we look up, and wonder when enough is enough.
